A 30 minute consultation with me will provide you with a launching point for making positive change on your journey to the level of wellbeing you desire. It is particularly useful, if you are really open and ready to work on yourself, but don't know where to start, and need advice, guidance, a plan, and positive support.
After the consultation, we will work on a plan that is doable for you and can be incorporated into your lifestyle. programs will include but not be limited to the below-mentioned sessions.
I believe that one program does not fit all. every person, body and mind is different and therefore I customized programs for you.

This session is designed to focus on a person's attention on the present experience in a way that is non-judgmental, and compassionate. The focus is on increasing our awareness of the thoughts, feelings, and actions that hinder our progress. When we are better able to do that, we can engage with those aspects of ourselves, learn to tweak our language, and choose how to respond.
The sessions include mindfulness techniques that you will take with you and will be used in your self-practice and your self-work.

As a graduate of the renowned Cardiac Yoga Teacher Training Program, these sessions will incorporate medical yoga postures, breathing, guided imagery, and meditation for heart patients. The sessions will include handouts, meditation recording, and an opportunity to build a space and community where we can share through active listening and love.
We will need a yoga mat, a yoga block, pillows, chair with no hand rests
We will complete an intake assessment form before the sessions which we will go over during the first session.
Recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. Each session will be approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
In a safe space, we use a collection of techniques that prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being through communication. Techniques will include but are not limited to active listening, silence and breathe, focus and concentration, open-ended questions, exploring, reflecting, and acknowledgment.
These sessions may include movement as well depending on individual needs and will be from 60 to 90 minutes.

Yoga and Ayurveda are mutually supportive systems of health and well-being. Ayurveda, which means "life knowledge" in Sanskrit, is a system of health science that was developed at the same time as yoga.
While yoga deals with the harmonizing of mind, body, and soul while Ayurveda takes care of the person's physical and mental well-being through diet and lifestyle changes.
During the 60 to 90 minute session, we will develop a program that is specifically for you, and together we will look at finding a balance between movement and an ayurvedic diet and lifestyle plan based on your bodily constitution

We will use different meditation techniques and mindfulness tools. The practice will focus on either relaxation, self-awareness, self-care, and compassion.
During the 60 minute session, we find a physical and mental balance without judgment and internal and external equilibrium.
Just like our bodies, our minds need training to function at their best.
